Quantity Surveying Services
Pre-Contract Services offered include Feasibility Studies, Cost Planning, Pre-Tender Qualifications/Questionnaires, preparation of Tender Documents such as Employer’s Requirements, Schedules, Detailed Specifications, Contract Sum Analysis, Bills of Quantities and Building Contracts.
Post Contract Services offered include Cost Control, Cost Reporting, Valuations and Final Account Preparation.
Employer’s Agent Services
Pre and Post Contract Services offered include a combination of all relevant Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration Services to encompass the Employer’s Agent Role within the JCT Contract.
Insurance
Works are covered by £500,000.00 cover of Professional Indemnity Insurance.
